She sings hymns about Easter; she was born on an Easter; she was born again on an Easter; she loves the Easter miracle, and tomorrow was Easter. My collection of Christian short stories, numbering one hundred in all, I affectionately call ‘My Canon of Horsetails and Cattails.’ And my collection of Christian novels, numbering fifteen in all, I affectionately call ‘My Canon of Griffins and Unicorns.’ And my pen name—Flanders Nickels—I came up with from nowhere some time back in the mid-1980’s. And my writing ministry for God I happily call ‘My Canon Ministry.’ I use only the King James Version Bible. And I am a fundamental Baptist. I hope that you have fun reading for free on this website. And I myself became a born-again believer in Christ in a most wondrous time around Christmas in 1990 in a soul-changing twelve days which I fondly call ‘My Twelve Days of Christmas.’ It is written, ‘”…, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved,…” Acts 16:31.’
